Emulsified essence is a new type of essence oil, which generally contains a large amount of water (about 2/3), and is mainly applicable to beverages and cold drinks.
Composition of emulsified essence oil:
1. Main fragrance: It is composed of natural essence oil or spices that constitute aroma and fragrance. Generally about 20-40%.
2. Density regulator: It is regulated by ester products with large specific gravity (or density). At present, sucrose isobutyrate acetate (density of 1.14-1.16) and rosin glyceride (density of 1.08-1.09) are widely used, which can also be adjusted by capryl glyceride (density of about 0.95).
3. Emulsified turbidity agent: It is composed of ODO emulsified turbidity agent developed by us. This product is colorless and tasteless, clear and transparent, presenting transparent liquid in oil phase and stable emulsion in water. It can also be used as an autosoluble turbidity agent (density about 1.00-1.03), or as a density regulator.
4. Auxiliary agent: It is composed of colorant, fixative, etc.
Preparation steps of emulsified essence oil:

The second step is to adjust the density. Adjust the density with main aroma and density regulator. Generally, the specific gravity of essence oil is relatively light, between 0.85 and 0.95. You need to use density regulators to enrich essence oil, and adjust the density of essence oil to 0.98 - 1.02. Because the density of emulsified turbidity agent is between 1.00 and 1.03, the final density adjustment is required at the end.
The third step is to add auxiliary agents to further adjust the essence. Because the odor of the specific gravity regulator is impure, after the density is basically adjusted, the aroma needs to be slightly adjusted to make the essence smell more pure.
The fourth step is to add emulsification turbidity agent to adjust the final density, emulsification stability and turbidity of essence. Make it a stable and successful product.
